Are calls included in the monthly plans?

Smart Standard includes 2,000 UK mobile and landline minutes. AI Professional and Enterprise AI are positioned for unlimited UK mobile and landline calling, subject to fair usage and final plan terms.

Do we pay extra for number porting?

Number porting depends on number type, quantity, current provider records and migration complexity. A quote should confirm porting scope before you cancel any existing service.

Are desk phones included in the user price?

The user price covers the VoIP service plan. Desk phones, cordless devices, headsets and specialist hardware are normally quoted separately based on model, quantity and provisioning requirements.

Can we add Microsoft Teams Phone to these plans?

Yes. Teams Phone can be added through the correct calling route, such as Operator Connect or Direct Routing, depending on licences, numbers, call queues, compliance and support ownership.

Can SIP Trunking or 3CX be priced instead of cloud VoIP?

Yes. SIP Trunking and 3CX are quoted differently because pricing depends on SIP channels, hosting, licences, PBX support, SBC/firewall requirements and migration design.
